2012-02-22T22:53:54Z http://techtalk.azconn.com/atom.aspx Quick Blogcast tag:techtalk.azconn.com,2010-04-22:157cc39b-fc4e-46fe-ad61-4daad2e202f9 The Wire Guy 2010-04-22T16:18:40Z 2010-04-22T16:18:40Z Welcome to the AZCONN wiring blog.  This blog is dedicated to providing manufacturers, installers and consumers technical information, installation instructions and product information for your Automotive, Marine and Military wiring.  Over the years we have seen a lot of wiring and unfortunately much of it has been poor quality, incorrectly installed and simply just scary.  With many products coming from overseas, the parts stores switching to low cost and EXTREMELY LOW quality products the consumer has been fooled into thinking they can actually make a repair or wire something with the junk they are purchasing.  This is not limited to the parts stores.  We also see many manufacturers making low cost harnesses that aren't properly designed and use incorrect components for the application they're supposedly designed for.  Often times these harnesses initially function but it's only a matter of time before something goes wrong or the component fails.<br /> <br /> We feel wiring is often overlooked but is one on the MOST critical components to almost every application it is used for.  Wiring is like the veins and arteries in your body.  Althought your heart, brain and lungs are critical components your veins and arteries supply these organs with the critical blood and oxygen supply they need.  Your wiring in your car, truck, boat or military vehicle is just the same.  You may have this awesome, powerful component but if the wiring connected to it and other components isn't just as AWESOME those cool components you spent all that money on will eventually fail and most often not perform as advertised.<br /> <br /> We'll be addressing many issues in the following months to help you get the most out of your vehicle and have the best, most reliable and COOL looking wiring possible.  Check back soon to read more!
